J. Raymond “Ray” Lussier began his insurance career in 1951 with the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. He joined Wausau Insurance Company in 1963 and became one of their top producers.

Ray continued his career in insurance by becoming an Independent Agent in 1972 and incorporated the J Raymond Lussier Insurance Agency in 1975. As his business began to grow, Ray hired his son Mike in 1981, and then Mark came on board in 1988.
