The Corporate Officers

Mike Lussier, CPCU, Treasurer Phone extension: 3	Mike is a second generation Lussier, with over 30 years of insurance experience. He earned his BS degree in Engineering at the University of Massachusetts and worked as a civil engineer in Virginia before joining the agency in 1981. Mike specializes in medium and large commercial accounts and is licensed for Property/Casualty, Bonds, and Life & Health. He earned his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1990.

Mark Lussier, CIC, President Phone extension: 2	A second generation Lussier, Mark has more than 20 years of insurance experience. Mark earned his BA degree in Business at the University of Massachusetts and joined the agency in 1988 after completing service in the U.S. Air Force, where he flew as a Weapon Systems Officer in the F-4 Phantom II. Mark specializes in Personal Lines of insurance and is a licensed producer for Property/Casualty and Life & Health. He earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1996.

Jeanne Ryder, CISR Phone extension: 7 Jeanne is the Senior Customer Service Representative for Personal & Commercial Lines. She has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance agency business and has been licensed as a Producer for Property/Casualty since 2001. Lisa Davin, CISR Phone extension: 6 Lisa is a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative and the agency’s Homeowners insurance specialist. She has more than 20 years of experience and has been licensed as a Producer for Property/Casualty since 2001. Mel Cronin Phone extension: 5 Mel is a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative and the agency’s Auto insurance specialist. She has more than 10 years of experience and has been licensed as a Producer for Property/Casualty since February 2004. Denise Schenna Phone extension: 4 Denise is the smiling face everyone meets at the agency when they walk in the door. She can help you with most insurance matters as well as all of your Registry of Motor Vehicle transactions. Denise has been with the agency since January 1995.
